New Jersey Native, Anjanette Stehlgens grew up at the shore area in Seaside Park, NJ. Hi my name is Danial Semar. I've lived in a lot of amazing places in my life and I've done a lot of fun things for a living. I've spent 15 years of my life touring the country with the Professional Bull Riders as an entertainment technician.

I landed in Real Estate more on a bet than anything, but wow did it ever change my life! I found that I loved helping people sell their homes! I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family. My kids are active in motocross and you can find them on a dirt bike most any day of the week! My husband and I are their biggest fans.
