Kristen joined Markham Realty, Inc. in August of 2018, is a licensed REALTOR® and also serves as the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the brokerage. She specializes in residential homes and lots, rural homes, acreage, and farm & ranch properties. She graduated and received her designation from the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) in June 2022. Currently she serves on the Education Committee for the Tall Pines Association of Realtors®. During her time at Markham Realty, Inc. she has learned to masterfully market listings with a professional quality presence on multiple nationwide online platforms, along with the ability to strategically negotiate and represent both buyers and sellers. She diligently works one-on-one with each of her clients, is an excellent communicator, and continuously pursues ongoing education in the field of real estate to ensure her industry competency and proficiency. She currently resides in Northern Walker County where she raises her two children with her husband, Chance Reinhart. After years in the healthcare industry, and the burnout that ensued, I found myself wanting to make a change.
